By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of 22 days delay in filing the review petition. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have perused the averments made in the civil application and also in the affidavit in reply filed by the contesting respondents.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the delay of 22 days in filing the review petition is condoned. The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
