The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that by this First Appeal, the Appellant - opponent No.1 challenges the judgment and award dated 26.02.2019 passed by the MACT, pune in MACP No.5/2015 holding that the Respondent-Claimants are entitled to sum of Rs.18,84,400/- by way of compensation with interest @ 7.5% p.a.

from the date of petition till realisation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
