The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are seeking direction against the respondent to give beneft of the Government Resolution dated 14th September 2017 inter alia appoint the petitioners as trained teachers along with pay scale of trained teacher. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners further submits that Chief Executive Offcer of the Zilla Parishad has communicated with the respondent No.1 seeking guidance as to the further course of action. The same is pending with respondent No.1 since March, 2022. 3.

In case the CEO has communicated with respondent No.2 with regard to the further course of action, (page 72) then the respondent No.1 shall give the necessary directions/guidance as sought in the said letter (page 72) Gaikwad RD 1/2

12.WPNo.68272022.doc preferably within four months. Thereafter the further steps be undertaken by the CEO within three months from the date of receipt of guidance/instructions from respondent No.1.
