Learned counsel for the appellant states that the respondents are served. Statement is accepted. None appeared for the respondents when the matter was called out.

Learned counsel seeks stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 26th February,2019 passed by the learned MACT, Pune. Learned counsel states that his client would deposit the amount awarded by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Pune by the judgment and award dated 26th February,2019 before the MACT, Pune within four weeks from today. The statement made by the learned counsel is accepted as and by way of undertaking to this court. In view of the undertaking rendered by the appellant, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (a).

The appellant is directed to convey this order to the respondents.

The parties as well as the MACT, Pune to act on the authenticated copy of this order.

Civil application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

It is made clear that if the amount is not deposited within the time prescribed, ad-interim relief granted by this court to stand vacated without further reference to court.

It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted.

The office is directed to transmit the amount of the statutory deposit of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant in this court to the MACT, Pune expeditiously.
