In the affidavit-in-reply presented on behalf of Respondent No.2, the Administrative Officer of Ulhasnagar Municipal School Board, Ulhasnagar, it is recorded that considering the strength of the students during the academic years 2014 to 2015 and 2015 to 2016, it was necessary to sanction 19 posts, however, sanction has been accorded for lesser number of posts. It is further recorded that the authority vests with the Director of Education to effect correction in the orders already issued to sanction Borey 1/2

spb/ 40wp6015-17.odt staffing pattern. A proposal in that regard has already been tendered by the Petitioner No.2 on 20.08.2016 to the office of the Director of Education, however, no decision has yet been taken by the concerned authority.

In the circumstances, this petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Director of Education to take decision on the proposal forwarded by the Petitioner No. 2 to the office of the Director of Education together with remarks of Respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
