By this interim application, the applicant seeks amendment to the writ petition by annexing the documents to the memo of the writ petition which are annexed at Exhibit 'A' to the petition. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Since the writ petition is not yet admitted, we are inclined to grant leave to carry out amendment as prayed. Leave to amend is granted. 3.

Interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

The respondents would be at liberty to file reply to the amended copy of the petition within two weeks from the date of carrying out amendment with a copy to be served upon the petitioner's advocate. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter. 5.

Place the matter on board for 'Admission' on 20th February 2023.
