Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that, the applicant No.4 Smt.Kafiya Khatun Chaudhary expired on 9th June 2020 and therefore, Petition filed by her is abated. She tendered across the bar a 'Death Certificate' dated 9th July 2020 issued by Municipal Corporation of Navi Mumbai. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the applicants further submitted that, the parties herein have settled the matter amicably out of Court and have executed 'Consent Terms' dated 11th February 2021.
