This is an application for extension of four weeks time to comply with the order dated 21/5/2021.

This application is vehemently opposed by Shri Kini contending that the application does not mention any satisfactory reason for grant of such extension. However, in the 1/2

9. IA 1446-21.doc interest of justice and for the reasons recorded in the application, time to comply with the order dated 21/5/2021 is extended by a further period of two weeks from today.

After disclosure afdavit is fled in terms of the order dated 21/5/2021, the respondents are directed to fle an afdavit in response to the same within a period of two weeks therefrom (i.e. from the date of fling of disclosure afdavit.t 5.
