Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and

2. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that the application made by the petitioner for regularization is pending and the same will be decided within a period of eight weeks from today. We accept the said statements.

Hence, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order :

(I) The order passed on the application for regularization be communicated to the petitioner;

wp5209 (II) Till the date of communication of the said order, the impugned notice shall not be acted upon subject to condition of the petitioner maintaining status quo as of today in respect of the premises in question;

(III) If the order passed on the application for regularization be adverse to the petitioner, limited protection granted shall continue to operate for a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the said order to the petitioner.
