This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to take cognizance of the complaint dated March 24, 2014 annexed at Ex.A. Mr. Yagnik, the learned APP having taken instructions from the officer, who is present in the Court states that grievance of the petitioner made in the said complaint was looked into and appropriate decision would be intimated to the petitioner within a period of 7 days from the receipt of this order. Statement accepted.
