Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Perused the order dated 04.10.2021 passed by this Court. By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks to appear for Semester-I of 3 Year LLB Course examination which begins from tomorrow i.e. 10.06.2022.

After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we direct the jail authorities to make arrangement for the Petitioner to attend his examination at Anjuman-I-Islam's Barrister A.R. Antulay College of Law on 10.06.2022, 13.06.2022, 15.06.2022 and 17.06.2022 between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

The jail authorities shall ensure that the Petitioner reaches the examination venue by 2.00 p.m. and returns back to the jail after the

The charges for the escort shall be borne by the State in the interest of justice.

With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
