This Civil Application is moved for restoration of Civil Revision Application, which was dismissed by order dated 7th June, 2011 passed by this Court.

The learned AGP for the applicants submits that this Civil Revision Application is filed by the State against the order passed by the Land Reference Court under the Land Acquisition Act. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the order dated 7th June, 2011 is hereby recalled. Civil Revision Application is restored to its original file along with orders passed therein. 5.

Civil Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. 6.

This Civil Revision Application is pending since 2003 and hence, it is to be placed on board on 18th June, 2018. 7.

The learned AGP to inform the status of the Regular Civil Suit No. 204 of 1990.
