This application is filed by the Petitioner seeking direction to the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison to produce him (the Applicant) before this Court to argue Writ Petition No.3700 of 2016 in person. The said writ petition is filed by the Applicant through advocate Sakshi Chougule and this Court by the order dated 6th April 2017 has admitted the said writ petition. We are, therefore, not inclined to accept the request made by the Applicant. Application is accordingly dismissed. Registry shall communicate this order to the the Applicant by post.
