DATE: 24th July, 2019 P.C.:- 1] Heard Mr. Dubey, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2] The order impugned is passed by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies in exercise of powers under Section 23 subsection (2) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act in favour of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 to the Petition, which was confirmed in Revision by the Divisional Joint Registrar vide impugned order dated 15/4/2019.

Adjudication of the rights of the Respondents is based on the material brought before the authorities, including that of earlier no objection issued by the Society.

4] In the aforesaid background, in my opinion, no illegality could be noticed in the order impugned. Petition fails and the same stands dismissed.
