Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned A.G.P. and having gone through the Petition and annexures thereto, we are of the considered opinion that this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.3-Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 19th September 2014, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-E, Page No.16, to this Petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and Respondent No.3-Education Officer (Secondary) shall decide the aforesaid representation of the Petitioner independently and in accordance with law.
