Mr. Saste, learned APP appearing for the respondent/State has tendered across the bar report prepared and signed by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Upon perusal of contents of the said report it appears that the petitioner, after period of detention was over, was released from jail on 23.12.2017.

In that view of the matter, in our opinion, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
