In view of the fact that in regard to the similar relief, the petitioners have already approached the Civil Court and the Suit is pending, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate relief in the said Suit pending before the Civil Court.
