The Petitioners made a representation on 15 July 2019 for exchange of land details of which are stated in the prayer clause of this petition and in the representation. The learned counsel for the Petitioners prays that the Authority should decide the representation. 3.

Considering the fact that the representation is made in the year 2019, the Respondents will look in the representation and if it is permissible in law and fact, will consider the same. We make it

skn 2 47-WP-8199.2022.doc clear that we have not commented on the merits of the representation and it is for the Authority to decide the same as per the law. Subject to earlier commitments and other pressing duties, an endeavour will be made to decide the representation within a period of eight weeks.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
