Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant. Perused the averments made in both the Applications. In Criminal Writ Petition No.845 of 2005 filed by the Applicant, on 1 February 2008 Rule was issued after hearing the learned APP. On 14 August 2008 the said Writ Petition was dismissed as the Advocate for the Applicant did not appear. 1/2
