This is an application received through Jail for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 24.3.2017 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.739 of 2016.

In the said Order in Para- 2 line-2 the name of the Court i.e. ''Metropolitan Magistrate 9th Court, Bandra" has been erroneously typed instead of "Special Court (under MCOC Act), Greater Mumbai." That, in the said Order in Para-2 line-3 the name of the police station "Khar Police Page-1/2

6-appp-469-17 Station" has also been erroneously typed in stead of "Kherwadi Police Station, Mumbai." The correct name of the Court is "Special Court (under MCOC Act), Mumbai" and the name of the police station is "Kherwadi Police Station Mumbai."

Order be corrected accordingly.
