The impugned order can be challenged before the Sessions Court by way of filing revision application. This court is therefore, not inclined to entertain the application under section 482 of Code of Criminal procedure. Application stands dismissed. The applicant is at liberty to file revision application. It is made clear that the issues involved in this matter have not been examined on merits. All the issues are kept open to be raised before the Sessions Court.
