The learned Counsel for the Petitioners has annexed several representations made to the State Government in respect of the Petitioners' demand for regularization of their services. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that there are indications that the representations may be considered favourably by the State Government. Considering the law on the subject, the only order we can pass is to take a decision on the representations of the Petitioners. Accordingly, we dispose of the Writ Petition observing that the representations made by the Petitioners be decided by the State katkam 1/2

If the outcome of the representations is against the Petitioners, they would have their remedies open including approaching the industrial adjudicator. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
