The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 15 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Shri. M. M. Shetty opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. In my view, considering the fact that there is delay of only 15 days in the filing the Civil Revision Application, the above Civil Application is required to be allowed, and is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 15 days in filing the Civil Revision Application stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. List the BGP.

Civil Revision Application for admission as per CMIS if the office objections are removed within two weeks if same are not already removed. The office objections have been listed by the Learned Registrar, Judicial-II of this Court as contained in his order dated 24.08.2016.
