The learned counsel appearing for the Appellants states that, Appellants will

file a common paper book in these Appeals within a period of eight weeks from today.

The learned counsel appearing for the Appellants states that all the relevant documents which are part of the record before the Tribunal will be made part of the common paper book.

In view of the aforesaid statements, for the time being, we dispense with requirement of calling for the Record and Proceedings. If the Advocate for Respondents wants any specific documents to be included in the paper book, he shall serve of a notice to the learned counsel appearing for the Appellants within a period of two weeks from today along with list of such documents.

If common paper book as aforesaid is not filed by the Appellants within a period of two months from today, the Appeals shall

stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the Appellants shall serve a copy of the amended Appeal to the Advocate for Respondents within a period of two weeks from today.
