Metropolitan Magistrate, 66th Court, Andheri, Mumbai, by order dated 22nd April 2018 has discharged the present petitioner in Criminal Case No.814/PW/2016. She places on record the said order as well as Memo of Withdrawal. The same are taken on record.

In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
