1] Heard Mr. Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner. On instructions, Mr. Desai seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by filing appropriate proceedings. Leave to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed for, is granted.

2] Mr. Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the services of the petitioner came to be terminated after she has put in 25 years of service. As such, Mr. Desai submitted that the Tribunal may be directed to expedite the matter.

3] Considering the fact that the services of the petitioner came to be terminated after she has put in 25 years of service, the petitioner is at liberty to make a request to the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of her matter and if such request is made, the Tribunal shall consider it appropriately.
