After arguing for some time, when this court declined to entertain the Writ Petition for a Writ of Mandamus, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh for the same cause of action i.e. to challenge the Notification issued by the Bar Council of India (Exhibit-A to the Writ Petition). Permission granted.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
