The learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for Municipal Corporation are ad idem that the amount for which the Petitioner is entitled to has already been paid. It is further submitted that the Municipal Council is now a larger urban area, has become a Corporation.

As such the relevant provisions applicable to the Municipal Council may not apply now to the Corporation. As the major claim of Petitioners stands redressed, no further orders are necessary to be passed.

Writ Peition is disposed of. No costs.
