The learned counsel for the Respondent has taken out the praecipe to mark him as present on 4th April, 2019 when the Petition was disposed of. Since admittedly the learned counsel was not present when the judgment and order dated 4th April, 2019 was made after hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner, it is not possible to accede to the request made in the praecipe. The praecipe is accordingly dismissed.

Speaking to the minutes. In paragraph No. 3 of the judgment and order dated 4th April, 2019, the word "Respondent" be substituted with the word "Petitioner".
