This Interim Application is taken out for setting aside order dated 29th January, 2020 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) granting conditional four weeks time for removing office objections in the Second Appeal. Accordingly, registration of the Second Appeal has been refused. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed.

The order dated 29th January, 2020 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. The Second Appeal is restored to file. The Applicant to remove office objections within a period of 12 weeks from today.
