Heard Mr. Vipin Kasle, learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent no.1-Kisansa Chimansa Kshatriya, since deceased, on record. Respondent no.1 died on 11.8.2011 leaving behind the proposed respondents 1A-Shri Kiransa Kisansa Kshatriya and 1B-Shri Mahendra Kisansa Kshatriya as his legal representatives. The applicants have prayed for condoning delay of 3 years and 231 days in filing the application.

Civil Revision Application was admitted on 4.4.2008. Office remark

2 / 2 CAC/ 126 /2016 shows that respondents no.1A and 1B are duly served. However, none appears on their behalf. No reply is filed opposing the application.

In view thereof as also for the reasons stated in the application, I find that sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay, more so when C.R.A. is admitted.

Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main application shall be carried out within 14 days from today and amended slip shall be made over to other side.
