ORDER:

It is not in dispute that the impugned Notice dated 4 April 2018 issued by the Circle Officer, Chinchwad, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, whereby the possession of the secured asset was to be taken on 10 May 2018, has not been acted upon and that a fresh notice would now have been issued by the Circle Officer for taking possession of the secured asset. Inasmuch as the Petitioner has an alternate remedy before DRT, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed.
