It is not in dispute that pursuant to the impugned order passed by the authority, Deed of Conveyance is already executed. In this situation,the remedy of the petitioners would be to file a civil suit for adjudication of its title. I am thus not inclined to entertain this writ petition on this ground. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
