Advocate for the applicant submits that notice has been issued by the Honourable Court on 14.08.2014 in Civil Application No. 1913 of 2014. He has also pointed out that bailiff's report dated 13.04.2014 shows that Respondent No. 5 is not residing on the address mentioned in the title. Therefore, the applicant is seeking publication of notice in the newspaper, he has made a statement about having no knowledge of the present address of Respondent No. 5.

In view of the above, Civil Application needs to be allowed. Perusal of the record also shows that in the original writ petition, the Honourable court had directed publication of notice to Respondent No. 5 in Navbharat Times and Rashtriya Sahara Lucknow for circulation in Gonda District, Uttar Pradesh.

In view of the said order the application is further directed to publish notice of this civil application in these newspapers also.
