OPERATIVE ORDER For the reasons recorded separately in the Judgment, we pass the following order:

(I) The impugned Judgment and Order dated 12th April 2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge,Mangaon, District Raigad at Alibag in Sessions Case No.11 of 2011 is hereby quashed and set aside;

(II) The appellant-accused (Deepak Konduram Shedge) is hereby acquitted of the offences alleged against him;

(III) Appeal is allowed accordingly;

(IV) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this operative part of the Judgment and order.
