I have heard Mr.Nargolkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the order dated 11th April 2016 and have also considered the grounds of review petition.

A perusal of the grounds of review petition clearly indicates that the review petitioner seeks recall of the order dated 11th April 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4874 of 2015 based on various findings rendered by this Court on merits. Learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner is not able to point out any error apparent on the face of the said order. No case is made out for recall of the said order dated 11th April 2016.

Review petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
