By the above Civil Application, the Applicant seeks restoration of the above Family Court Appeal No.168 of 2018 which was dismissed by an order dated 27 th March, 2019 since none appeared for the Advocate for the Appellant on that day. We have perused the Civil Application. From the said application, it appears that the Advocate had come to this Court on 26 th March, 2019. However, he had a fall in the court premises because of which he suffered leg injury. He therefore, returned back to Kolhapur and was unable to check the cause list of 27 th March, 2019 and failed to attend the Court.

We are therefore, of the view that sufficient cause has been made out for the absence of the Advocate for the Petitioner/Applicant on 27 th March, 2019. The Civil SSP 1/2
