In this view of the matter, appointment of Advocate Ms. Rohini Dandekar is set aside and instead, we appoint Mr. Prosper D'Souza who is on the panel of the Advocates of the Legal Aid Service Committee to represent the Applicants in their appeal, i.e., Criminal Appeal No.19 of 2013.
