On 14 October 2022, it was pointed out by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 and the learned AGP that the Petitioners have an alternate remedy of second revision application before the State Government. The petition was adjourned in order to enable the learned counsel for the Petitioners to take instructions.

Today the learned counsel for the Petitioners states that appropriate orders be passed reserving liberty to the Petitioners to file second revision application.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the impugned order in an revision application under Section 257 of the Land Revenue Code, if so advised. The rival contentions of the parties, on merits, are left open.
