Mr. Vagyani, the learned A.G.P. submits that the judgments in respect of which breach is alleged were challenged by the State of Maharashtra in SLP Nos.12311/2016, 12614-12615/2016, 1271912720/2016, 12732-12733/2016. By common order dated 15th July, 2016, the Apex Court has granted leave in all these SLPs and stayed the operation of the said judgments. He placed on record common order dated 15th July, 2016 of the Apex Court. The said order is taken on Megha 1/2

cp_352_2013.doc record and marked 'x' for identification. The Supreme Court has also directed that in case the State fails in these appeals, all the concerned will get payment of the amount due under the impugned judgment alongwith the reasonable rate of interest.

In above circumstances, the contempt will not survive and same is accordingly disposed of.
