There is no reason to interfere with the impugned order. The Appeal before the Appellate Court is not required to be stayed merely because of pendency of Writ Petition, in which, allegedly, the point which is involved in the Appeal is pending. 2.

Accordingly, it cannot be said that there is any jurisdictional error in making or the impugned order. This Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
