Meaning thereby, the order in Appeal dated 5th May, 2014 passed by Respondent No. 2 to this Writ Petition has, after its modification by the Tribunal, been implemented by the Respondents. In view thereof, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. It is disposed of as infructuous.
