This is an application under Order V Rule 20 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for serving respondents No.2 to 4, 6 to 8 and 10 to 14 by substituted service by publishing the same in the local dailies 'Free Press Journal' (English) and 'Navshakti' (Marathi).

Mr.Bali submits that these newspapers are widely circulated in the locality where these respondents are residing or carrying on their business. 3.
