By this petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 14th March 2017 passed by the District Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies, Thane Division, Thane passing an order of deemed conveyance in favour of the respondent no.2 Society. It is not in dispute that the conveyance is already executed and is already executed and is already registered.

The remedy of the petitioner will be to file a civil suit for adjudication of the title of the property. If any such suit is filed by the petitioner, title of the property can be independently decided in a civil suit.
