The dispute is with regard to a factory shed. The Suit was originally filed in this Court on its Original Side. The Court 9th June 2017

915-FAST13088-17.DOC Receiver was appointed by this Court while the Suit was still pending on the Original Side, and the original Defendant (present Appellant) was appointed an Agent of the Court Receiver on the usual terms as to royalty and security. That order of Receivership has continued. There is no reason to disturb that order at this stage. 4.

For the reasons stated therein, Civil Application No. 1651 of 2017 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). (G. S. PATEL, J) 9th June 2017
