1] By these Civil Applications, the surviving petitioner seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioners No.1(e), 1(b) and 1(d).
3/3 2] There is some delay in taking out the applications. However, for the reasons which are set out in the Civil Applications, the delay involved is liable to be condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
3] The Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that he shall be appear for the legal heirs of the deceased petitioners, who are now brought on record.
4] The necessary amendment to be carried to the cause title, within a period of two weeks from today. 5] Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of. ( M.S. SONAK, J. )
