3] None appears for the respondent No1. Hence, we direct that the adinterim relief granted on 9th May 2013 will continue to operate as interim relief. The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. 4] We make it clear that notwithstanding Clause 2 of the order dated 9th May 2013, the appeal will be heard on all points and not only on the quantum of compensation.
