Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Bank states that the amount as of today payable by the Applicants is Rs.3,67,583/-. Learned Counsel for the Applicants disputes the amount.

Be that as it may, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Applicants, the Applicants shall pay the amount of Rs.3,67,583/- to the Respondent-Bank within one week from today. Upon payment of the said amount, the Respondent-Bank shall forthwith handover possession of the secured asset to the Applicants.
