We are inclined to dispose of the present petition as the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 makes a statement that when the petition was filed the Chair person of the DRAT was not available and now since September 2016 the Tribunal is functioning. She further submitted that petitioner's appeal is pending. In view of this, the present petition is disposed off with liberty to take appropriate steps as the remedy is available to the petitioner. No costs.
