This application is taken out for grant of permission to amend Crime number registered with Samarth Police Station, Pune, as stated in the application contending that by interim order, applicants are protected by this Court dated 23.04.2019, however, in clause (a) of the operative part of order Crime No.332 of 2019 earlier registered with Pune Railway Police Station is mentioned, which during the course of investigation was transferred to Samarth Police Station, Pune, where it is renumbered as Waghmare 1/2

505.APPP.752.19 in ABA.953.19.doc Crime No.123 of 2019. By this application it is, therefore, prayed that applicant be allowed to effect necessary amendment in the application and it is further prayed that Crime number mentioned in operative part of order be accordingly corrected.

Having considering the submissions advanced as aforesaid, application is allowed. Amendment as above be carried out in the Anticipatory Bail Application forthwith. Accordingly, Crime No.332 of 2019 registered with Pune Railway Police Station mentioned in operative part or order be substituted with crime No.123 of 2019, registered with Samarth Police Station, Pune.

Corrections be effected on the original order and the order uploaded on the server.
